Notre-Dame

A broad fine-sand bay backed by pines and oaks. Porquerolles at its most luminous.

East of the island≈ 3.5 km from the village
  • Around 45 minutes on foot; adjust your pace to the heat.
  • Bring water and a picnic, and take all rubbish back with you.

Plage d’Argent

Pale sand, shallow water and pine woods behind the beach. An option for a day with the family.

West of the village≈ 20 min on foot
  • Facilities and lifeguards are seasonal; check availability.
  • Shallow water never replaces close supervision of children.

La Courtade

Close to the village, a long beach of sand and pebbles, with gently shelving water and coves to the east.

East of the village≈ 15 min on foot
  • A convenient option for your first swim after arrival.
  • Combine the beach with a pre-booked visit to Villa Carmignac.

Grand Langoustier

On the western tip, the white-sand beach lies on the northern side of the isthmus. Getting there is part of the escape.

  • The track is undulating; plan for the effort in both directions.
  • Check access restrictions and leave a buffer before your return ferry.
